Guarantee & Returns

We accept return of product for any reason. No questions asked! Please return your unused product within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all returning expenses. By the time we received your return of package, you will receive full refund less shipping & handling charges. If you want to return any of our products, please contact us first via email. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.

Shipping

We ship around the world! Normally we ship the same or next business day your order is placed. We will send a confirmation email as you place your order and a shipping notification via email when we ship your order. The shipping notification email will contain tracking information about your order (if you choose shipping by EMS).

Privacy

We do not share or sell your personal information to any third parties. All the personal information provided by you (e.g., your name, your address, your e-mail address, your telephone number, etc.) is used only for your order processing or to contact you about your order. We will not send you unsolicited email unless you voluntarily join our email newsletter. We do not automatically add anyone to our email newsletter list.
